Supreme Court of India to Host Two Day Training Programme
The Supreme Court of India is organising a two-day training programme for Registry Officials of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka on 28th and 29th June, 2023. The training programme will be inaugurated by Hon'ble Mr. Justice U. U. Lalit, Chief Justice of India. The objective of the training programme is to share the best practices and experiences in the functioning of the Supreme Court of India with the Registry Officials of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
Programme Highlights
The training programme will cover various aspects of the functioning of the Supreme Court of India, including:
- The structure and organisation of the Supreme Court of India
- The jurisdiction and powers of the Supreme Court of India
- The procedure for filing and hearing cases in the Supreme Court of India
- The role of the Registry in the functioning of the Supreme Court of India
- The use of technology in the functioning of the Supreme Court of India
