How to Find Your Amazon Digital Software Code
Trouble Receiving Your Digital Code?
If you're having trouble receiving your Amazon digital software code or preorder code, there are a few things you can do to find it. First, check your Content Devices page on the Amazon website under the "Digital Games and Software" tab. If you still can't find your code, contact Amazon customer service for assistance.
To find your Amazon digital software code:
- Open the Amazon website on your Mac or PC, or the mobile app on iPhone or Android.
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Click on the "Your Orders" tab.
- Find the order for the digital software you purchased.
- Click on the "View Details" button.
- Scroll down to the "Digital Game Codes" section.
- Click on the "Reveal Code" button.
Your digital software code will be displayed on the screen. You can then enter this code into the software to activate it.
